A property entrusted to the Agency under a mandate is never proposed in the Circle. It follows its own path: the preview reserved for buyers with a verified passport, at no cost to them.
It proposes and introduces. Viewing and price stay between you. If you want help negotiating, that is an Agency mandate, at your request only.
Brokers and estate agents have no access. Everyone declares it on entry, the passport is required to receive proposals, and any reported canvassing leads to exclusion.
Wider area if the municipality has few properties, price as a range, no photo and no name before the double consent. Each card is reviewed before it is shown.
It requires your separate consent, dated and signed on screen. Without it, the Agency sees only what the Circle sees.
